HTTP services are multithreaded, supporting infinite connections, CGI, logging, and secured folders. Security uses HTTP basic authentication (encoded, not encrypted). CGI supports the "GET" method with a limit of 4k per form.
SMTP support is entirely cheesy. The mail component supports SMTP, but not POP3. This means it accepts incoming mail, but not outgoing mail. Mail is only forwarded. The only use for this is to setup "virtual" mailboxes. For example: mobydisc@mobydisk.com or root@mobydisk.com will send a message to mobydisc@home.com but the TO: field will show the original address. Thus, you can see the original sender. A site can "appear" to have multiple addresses using only one real email address.
